Our condition scale
Mint
Exceptional condition with no readily visible wear under normal inspection. Mint does not guarantee any third-party grading result.
Near Mint
Clean overall with only very minor handling or manufacturing imperfections.
Light Played
Minor edge wear, surface marks or other light signs of handling that do not materially affect the card’s integrity.
Moderate Played
Noticeable wear such as whitening, scratches or small dents, clearly disclosed in the listing.
Heavy Played
Significant wear or defects while the card remains complete and identifiable.
Damaged
Major defects such as creases, tears, water damage, peeling or structural damage.
Exact-item photographs
Unique raw-card listings show the exact front and back of the item offered. Material defects are shown or described. Reference images are labelled clearly and never presented as the exact copy.
Graded cards
For graded cards, Pika Haus records the grading company, grade and certification number where appropriate and checks certification details against the grader’s official database before publication.
Authenticity commitment
Every item sold by Pika Haus is represented as genuine. If you have an authenticity concern, contact us promptly with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy if an item is confirmed not to be authentic.
